  13.      Reads a portable pixmap as input.  Produces a  Motif  UIL  icon  file  as
  14.      output.

  16.      If the program was compiled with an rgb database  specified,  and  a  RGB
  17.      value  from the ppm input matches a RGB value from the database, then the
  18.      corresponding color name mnemonic is printed in the UIL's  colormap.   If
  19.      no  rgb  database was compiled in, or if the RGB values don't match, then
  20.      the color  will  be  printed  with  the  #RGB,  #RRGGBB,  #RRRGGGBBB,  or
  21.      #RRRRGGGGBBBB hexadecimal format.

  26.           Allows you to specify the prefix string  which  is  printed  in  the
  27.           resulting  UIL  output.   If  not  specified,  will  default  to the
  28.           filename (without extension) of the ppmfile argument.  If  ---nnnaaammmeee  is
  29.           not  specified  and  no ppmfile is specified (i.e. piped input), the
  30.           prefix string will default to the string "noname".

  32.      All flags can be abbreviated to their shortest unique prefix.
