  19. When you select this item from the control panel, a
  20. rectangle will be placed on your picture. You can move
  21. the rectangle to enclose any area you want to edit in
  22. detail. Click the left mouse button to start editing
  23. the selected area.
  24.     An enlargement of the area will fill the screen while
  25. a life-size picture remains in the upper left corner.
  26. Click the left mouse button everywhere you want to make
  27. a change. The pixel at the pointer will change to the
  28. opposite color.  Change as many pixels as you wish.
  29.     There are two things to consider: 1) Fatbit editing
  30. makes picture files much larger. Each pixel change costs
  31. approximately 10 bytes. 2) You cannot change the same
  32. pixel twice in a row. If you want to change one back,
  33. change another first, then return to the first one.
  34.    CLICK THE RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON WHEN DONE.
