  3. Tame will speed up many programs when you are using a multi-tasking 
  4. environment.  It has direct support for DESQview, Windows, Double Dos, 
  5. Omniview, Topview and VM/386.
  6.  
  7. Tame will also allow many programs which are DESQview-aware 
  8. to become aware of other supported multi-tasking systems.

  34. If you are upgrading from version 2.5:

  37. If you were experiencing choppy output or jumpy keys with the old 
  38. version of Tame, try this version.  A new /Boost option should reduce
  39. or remove that experience.

  41. The new /BOOST switch defaults to being on, so if Tame is not as
  42. effective as it was, try /BOOST:2,0 to disable activity boosting, or
  43. /BOOST:0 to completely disable it.

  49. If you are running Windows and running a DESQview-aware program, you may 
  50. use the new /DVAWARE switch to remove some of the guesswork in tameing 
  51. the program.

  57. This version now supports Windows, so if you use Windows you may wish to
  58. try Tame in that environment.  Tame can be much more effective than the 
  59. idle detection that is built into Windows.

  65. This version has a few more options, and provides better timing statistics.  
  66. To run with the same parameters as the version 2.2 defaults, specify 
  67. /KeyIdle, but this is not recommended in DESQview 2.26 if the task will
  68. spend a lot of time waiting at a DOS prompt.

  75. reducing Multi-tasking overhead.  To run with the same parameters as
