  3. Due to a last-minute change to the LASTON.DAT file, a small conversion program
  4. was necessary for users of version 2.5l or later.  Run 25QTO27.EXE in your
  5. main BBS directory after installing version 2.7 in order to convert your
  6. LASTON.DAT file to the format required for version 2.7.  (Alternately, you
  7. could just delete the file and let Telegard re-create it, if you don't mind
  8. having the last caller number reset to 0.)
