  1. GLOBAL Command X - eXpert toggle
  2.  
  3. This command switches between NOVICE mode and EXPERT mode.  In NOVICE mode,
  4. RBBS-PC displays a menu before each command, and displays detailed
  5. information when asking you for input.  EXPERT mode bypasses menu displays
  6. and detailed information.  When you are comfortable with RBBS-PC's command
  7. structure, EXPERT mode will make your session much faster.

  9. Each time you use the "X" command you will alternate between EXPERT and
  10. NOVICE mode.

  12. TIPS:
  13. 1. Use the novice mode until you become comfortable with the RBBS-PC
  14.    commands.

  16. 2. Capture and print a copy of the RBBS-PC menus for your reference, then
  17.    switch to EXPERT mode.  This will make RBBS-PC run faster.
