- MAIN Command S - Scan messages

- This command allows you to quickly review messages. Scan displays the
- message number, sender and receiver name, date and subject of each message
- on a single line. You can specify which messages to scan. The most common
- useful options are:

- S (or *) = forward from where you last read
- L = backwards from the last message sent
- F = just the mail From you
- T = just the mail To you (or to ALL)
- M = just mail FROM or TO you
- xxxx- = backward from message number xxxx
- xxxx+ = forward from message number xxxx
- <text> = only messages with <text> in them.
