  1. Library function A - Archive
  2.  
  3. This command will create a compressed file of the Library disk selected.
  4. Be aware that it may take some time to create the Compressed file,
  5. especially if the library disk contains a large number of files.  However,
  6. the time saved downloading will be even greater.
  7.  
  8. If disk 367 was chosen (using the CHANGE option) the name of the compressed
  9. file created by the A)rchive command will depend on the compression method
  10. used.  For ZIP the name is "DK0367.ZIP"
  11.  
  12. TIPS:
  13. 1.  Only the LAST compressed file created by the Archive command can be
  14.     downloaded.  All compressed files are purged each time the Archive
  15.     command is used.

  17. 2.  If the Library disk being archived has sub-directories on it the
  18.     A)rchive command will also archive the sub-directories as separate
  19.     files.  All files archived will be listed to let you know the file
  20.     names ready for download.
