  25. TopEd is a full screen editor available for BBS systems similiar to some
  26. of the word processors that you may use on your machine, but you use this
  27. one online to write messages.  TopEd supports many of the word star commands
  28. along with many other simple options to make message editing as easy as
  29. 1-2-3!

  31. TopEd works great with most terminal programs and supports ANSI/AVATAR scan
  32. codes.
