  27. The meaning the -P parameter has been changed!  SUBDATE no longer defaults to
  28. a public message with -P causing the message to be private.  The default now
  29. is PRIVATE and using the -P flag will make the message public.

  31. Be sure to update your batch file to reflect this change.

  33. The date calculation routines have been fixed.  Previously, SUBDATE
  34. would send a user a message if his/her subscription date was -D days
  35. in the future OR PAST.  This is not what was intended and now will
  36. only send the message if the user's date is -D days in the future.
