  2.  
  3. Ver 1.0a - 1. The first Beta Version.  This version only supported RA/Fd log
  4.            styles only.
  5.            2. Only supported Asc type outputs.
  6.  
  7. Ver 1.0b - 1. This Version fixed a problem with the program reporting Ymodem file
  8.            xfers. (Robert)
  9.            2. Ansi screen output was also added in this version previous version
  10.            would create ASC file types only. (Robert)
  11.  
  12. Ver 1.0c - 1. Made the Ansi color screens optional or configurable. (Danny)
  13.            2. Did some internal restructuring.
  14.  
  15. Ver 1.0d - 1. Added the Line usage display sections.  Also made it
  16.               configurable.
  17.            2. Some more internal restructuring.
  18.  
  19. Ver 1.0e - 1. This version added support for the Opus style log formats.
  20.            2. Also made this configurable.
  21.            3. REMOTLOG will also write properly to the Opus Log style formats.
  22.            4. Again some more internal restructuring.
  23.  
  24. Ver 1.0  - 1. This is the actually released version.
  25.  
  26. Ver 1.1  - 1. Fixed minor log file changes to coincide with the new versions of
  27.            Remote Access.
  28.            2. Added sysop configurable log search and report options.
  29.            3. Modified the appearance of the *.Ans/*.Asc files.
  30.            4. Made the Overall Efficiency a bit more readable.
  31.            5. The Configuration file is now a little less cryptic.
  32.            6. Some structural Modifications.
  33.            7. Added a check for the External Chat programs.
  34.            8. Anything else that I may have forgotten has been done.

  37. Ver 1.20 - 1. Added Files Counter Support.
  38.            2. Added Auto Log deleting.
  39.            3. Added automatic logging of chats to a file.
  40.            4. Any other errors that were reported.

  45.            1. Quick Fix for Bug in Auto Log Deleting
  46.            2. Addition of Either Deleting log or Zipping it up.
  47.            3. Fixed a Bug in the Nolocal option not working on ANSI screen.
  48.            4. Added the "0" for numbers under 10 in File Counter Support.
  49.            5. Allows for Files processing from FD log files.

  52. Ver 1.25 - Had a nasty bug in it with the Filecounter option.

  54. Ver 1.26 - 1. Bug for Filecounter was thought to be fixed.
  55.            2. Any other miscellaneous reports were fixed.

  57. Ver 1.27 - 1. Bug for FileCounter Finally Squashed.
  58.            2. Added the option to disregard files without drive designator.
  59.            3. Added Registration information.
  60.            4. Did not add registrated functions.
  61.  
  62. Ver 1.28 - 1. Released Version after beta testing 1.27 to avoid confusion.

  64. Ver 1.30 - 1. Code was total changed from QuickBasic to Pascal.
  65.            2. Soft Carriage Returns in Personal scan section now shows spaces.
  66.            3. The indepth error handler was changed to handle pascal codes.
  67.            4. Speed has been increased about 3 times over the older versions.
  68.            5. Data File appearance has been changed and enlarged.
  69.            6. All old data files must now be deleted, also Remotlog.DEL.
  70.            7. Added a file that keeps track of Who file requested What.
  71.            8. Added a file that keeps track of who Uploaded What.
  72.            9. Added for Registered users the ability to post those files to the
  73.               Message base.  In separate messages w/distinct tags.
  74.           10. Added a section for RA 1.0 the how many times a message section
  75.               Was accessed.
  76.           11. FastChat log entries had a problem with Ver 1.21 of Quicked
  77.               Modified the entry placed in the Chat file to fix this.
  78.               It seems when trying to quote a "Reason For Chat :" from Fastchat
  79.               in Quicked would cause quicked to Hang.  Fixed this internally
  80.               in remotlog by deleting the ":" character that was causing it.
  81.           12. Maintained support for FastChat Log entries w/ Chatted
  82.               no response support as well.
  83.  (RA 1.0) 13. Added a How many times files were downloaded from an area.
  84.  (RA 1.0) 14. Added a how many times files were requested from an area.
  85.  (RA 1.0) 15. Added a how many times a file area was browsed or looked at.
  86.           16. Fixed the problem with no show areas when code was changed.
  87.           17. Now supports the new version of Fd and also the previous
  88.               versions.
  89.           18. Now supports the previous versions of Ra as well as V 1.0
  90.               whenever it is released.
  91.           19. Added a LineInUse variable to the Logfile to manage deleting
  92.               multi-line log file problem.
  93.           20. Added a new file to show Who downloaded What.
  94.           21. Increased the Search for strings from 11 to 30.
  95.           22. Added file door support for FileCounter, Files Downloaded,
  96.                 File Counter, Files Uploaded sections.
  97.           23. You may now opt to have all days outside of the delete date
  98.                 range removed from the log file leaving the last ## of days
  99.                 always.
  100.           24. Added XRS message support for Posted Messages.
  101.           25. The NoColon or Colon Option was removed because of redundancy.
  102.           26. Awaiting the full release of RA 1.0 to see what else can be
  103.               added.
  104. (Ra 1.0) All these identified options may be used with a lower version with an
  105. addition to your logfile.  Read the manual for further details.

  107. Ver 1.31 - V 1.32 Beta Testing Versions.
  108.            1. There were a multitude of changes during this period.  Somehow
  109.               I have total lost track of most of them.  Here are a few.
  110.            2. The Files counter option was improved.  The Files BBS is now
  111.            sorted prior to incrementing the counters.
  112.            3. Added access to Files.### for those without Files.BBS.
  113.            4. The Sorting of the files to be used in the update process was
  114.            also improved.  All sorts are now done in memory.
  115.            5. The file posting section has been drastically revamped.  It
  116.            posts the files a heck of alot faster than it used to.
  117.            6. Added the Miscellaneous output file for Miscellaneous reports.
  118.                 Aliases Used by who.  Who has same Home/Voice Phone Number.
  119.                 Who did a File attached Message. Local & Echomail.
  120.            7. Added split files option.
  121.            8. Added an option to tell you what doors are being used.
  122.            9. Added an option to tell you what Questionaires were accessed.
  123.           10. Revamped alot of the code for efficiency.
  124.           11. REMOTLOG now tags each file it creates.

  126. REMOTLOG V 1.33 Actual release version.

  128. REMOTLOG V 1.34 Release Version.
  129.            1. Fixed the problem with crosslinking the message Base.
  130.            2. Added the Registered or not Registered Note on all Posted Files.
  131.            3. Fixed the problem with Remotlog not showing some Message areas.
  132.            4. Fixed the problem with Remotlog not showing some File areas.
  133.               These last two were caused due to some restructuring.
  134.            5. Fixed the Calls by baud output to reflect all RA internal Bauds.
  135.            6. Added some other requested Baud rates to Calls by Baud.
  136.            7. Calls by baud are now centered in its own Segment.
  137.            8. Protocols are also now centered.
  138.            9. The NoSort option was included to halt Files.###/BBS Sorting.
  139.           10. Sorting process was also revised to be able to sort files lists

  152.               This can occur more than once in the same files.BBS/### and they
  153.               will be sorted independently.
  154.           11. The who downloaded what message/File was changed.

  156. REMOTLOG V1.40 91/0A RELEASE VERSION.
  157.            91/00 - 91/0A Were Testing Version.
  158.            1. The code for version 1.32 + was lost in a Hard Drive Crash.
  159.               This version was completely rebuilt so there may be a few bugs.
  160.               Doubt it but anything is possible.
  161.            2. All the options were re-implemented which is why the major
  162.            version number change.
  163.            3. This version will now support the new EMSI logging.
  164.            4. Corrects the baud rate detection problem with the new version of
  165.            RA.
  166.            5. Adds several new requested Baud rate detections.
  167.            6. No longer addresses the automated messages from remotlog but
  168.            from the sysop.  This way users will not respond to Remotlog
  169.            messages.  But they will actualy now go to the sysop.
  170.            7. Some message wording was changed.

  175. Ver 1.41 - Beta Test Version.
  176.            1. This version corrects the problem some people were having with
  177.               CD-ROM support in REMOTLOG.  It was always there but just never
  178.               tested until now.
  179.            2. Code was again updated to reflect the RAUSER information in the
  180.               miscellaneous file.  When a user is deleted you will know as
  181.               long as you have RAUSER -V verbose loggin on.
  182.            3. Proper reading of the new RA version 1.11 Config Files
  183.               implemented.
  184.            4. You can now place the name of a configuration file on the
  185.               command line.  It will override the default configuration file.
  186.            5. CD-ROM support modified to allow up to 10 CD Rom drives defined
  187.               and supported.  New Configuration File listing of
  188.               CDROM <Number of Drive 0-9> <Logical Drive Letter, L:\>.
  189.            6. What was long awaited for.  The Files.BBS is now updated once.
  190.               For all the files to be posted.  This means that if you have the
  191.               Sort option set to yes.  Your Files.BBS will only be opened and
  192.               passed through once.  It will now only take one pass to update
  193.               it.
  194.            7. Also supports the new 7200, 4800, 38400 etc. baud rates.
