  4.         * The browse userlist option from posting a message is
  5.           now only available if the post message optional data
  6.           field contains a /U.

  8.         * Fixed the Alt-200 security bug.

  10.         * From the menu editor, Alt-N, Esc, Esc would screw up
  11.           the display. Fixed.

  13.         * If the newuser language option was set to zero (don't
  14.           ask for language), RA would not display any choices
  15.           for the date format prompt. Fixed.

  17.         * Putting a ^K[\ at the end of a menu display line would

  167.           able to duplicate the lockups some people were experiencing
