  11. The RaTop program is not free.  You may use it for a period of 30 days free
  12. of charge.  After 30 days, you must register RaTop or delete it from your 
  13. system.  Registration is US $8.00.  NY Residents, please add 6.5% sales tax 
  14. when registering.  After reciept of Registration, you will receive a RaTop.Key 
  15. for your RA System.  This gives you the right to use RaTop on as many 
  16. Computers and nodes as you wish.

  18. ALL Registered users will receive any program upgrades as they are released
  19. at no extra cost.  If you have registered this software before and have 
  20. changed addresses or BBS phone number, then please notify me so that my 
  21. records can be updated.
