  78.     version  of  TopEd,  the  full-screen  message  editor.  It  combines

  80.     commands.  TopEd  integrates  with  RemoteAccess/Pro seamlessly,  and
  81.     installation  is automatically  handled by  the RAINSTAL installation
  82.     utility.

  122.     Real-Time Conferencing (RTC)

  125.     RemoteAccess/Pro  includes a  powerful  built-in  conferencing module
  126.     which  allows  a   number  of   users  to  participate  in   multiple
  127.     conferences in real-time.

  129.     Conference access is fully configurable via the  normal menu security
  130.     system. Each conference (a  maximum of 125 at one time  is supported)
  131.     has a conference moderator, who has the ability to remove  users from
  132.     the conference at  any time.  The user who  creates a new  conference
  133.     usually (but  not necessarily)  becomes its moderator,  and may  pass
  134.     his/her moderator's privileges to any other user.

  157.     A  unique feature of the  conferencing system is the  provision for a
  158.     moderator to create  a conference which is  a "child" of the  current
  159.     one.  Access  to  the  new  conference  (at  the  discretion  of  the
  160.     moderator) is via its parent  conference only, or through  the global
  161.     conference list, accessed by the "join RTC" menu command:

  182.     many  participants each  conference has,  whether  the conference  is
  183.     password-protected  and  whether  the  conference  is  a  "child"  of
  184.     another.

  187.     facility  while  already  in  a  conference,  and  back  out  of  the
  188.     conference system to the  menu with the "quit" function. All commands

  210.     the conference moderator.

  212.     This  is  a  fully  interactive,  character-by-character,  multi-user
  213.     conferencing    system   featuring    multiple   conference   levels,
  214.     public/private/passworded  conferences, read-only  access  on  a per-
  215.     user basis, unlisted and temporary/permanent conferences.
