  5.  When using Quote mode, it is possible to copy portions of the message to
  6.  which you are replying into the new message.  The text from the original
  7.  message is displayed in the Quote window.

  9.  Once the Quote window is opened, it is possible to switch between the quote
  10.  window and the text window by pressing [Ctrl-Q].  When in the Quote window,
  11.  the reply text can be navigated using the normal editing keys.  To copy a
  12.  line from the Quote window to the text window, simply press [Enter].  When
  13.  you are finished quoting text, the Quote window is closed by pressing the
  14.  [Ctrl-K] key.

  16.  When replying to a message, it is best to only quote enough of the original
  17.  message to establish the context of the reply.  Many messages are echoed to
  18.  thousands of systems across the world and the cost of transporting those
  19.  messages increases dramatically by improper use of the Quote feature.
