  11.    1)  Do not upload software which is:

  13.        - Commercial
  14.        - Good-for-nothing (such as TSR sex jokes)
  15.        - space wasting (such as GIF or other picture files)
  16.        - for computers that we have no area for.

  18.    2)  No obscenities or distasteful messages should be left
  19.        on this bulletin board.

  21.    3)  If you are found to be using a pseudonym, and cannot
  22.        supply me with a good reason for doing so, your user
  23.        will be immediately deleted.

  25.    4)  You must upload one file for every 20 you download.
  26.        This does not have to be big, but you do have to
  27.        upload - exceptions will be made in certain cases,
  28.        and contributions can be made on disk.
