  1. I have established foreign registration points for those of you with
  2. any major bank card, or if it is easier for you to pay in your local
  3. currency.  Over here (on 1:372/666) I can accept Carte Blanche, Diners
  4. Club, VISA, MasterCard (called EuroCard or Access in some places),
  5. American eXpress, and Optima credit or debit cards - see below.

  7. In Europe, Rudi Kusters can take VISA/MasterCard/EuroCard/Access -
  8. maybe others - please contact him for details.

  10. If you have any of the above major bank cards, you can receive a
  11. registration key within a very few days by completing the script
  12. online at either of these locations:

  14.   Rudi Kusters (The Netherlands) at 2:512/1 with help from Peter
  15.     Janssens (you can register in Dutch currency there - currently
  16.     60 guilders, I believe, but subject to change as the dollar
  17.     fluctuates), or    send to Rudi's "Post Giro" account or post
  18.      funds to him.  Rudi generates keys and other European sources
  19.     contact him for them as well.  The online questionnaire at
  20.     2:512/1 has further details.  (Currently 60 DFl for XRS only
  21.     or 80 DFl for both XRS & Rudi's XCS programs together.)  You
  22.     may also register there online by credit card with the key
  23.     being sent immediately from that location rather than waiting
  24.     for it to be transported to me in the USA, validated and back!

  35.     again, this is subject to change as the US$ fluctuates, but
  36.     current as of this writing (1-August-1991).

  39. Note that any messages with your credit card number in it is either
  40. processed in Europe (at Rudi's registration site on Peter Janssens'
  41. "Easyboard" in Venray, The Netherlands) or Khuanchai accepts payment
  42. in AU$ and I charge *his* credit card directly, so there is no worry
  43. about a security breach.  Australian registrations are sent to me and
  44. I return the key via netmail the same day - usually turn-around will
  45. be no more than one week!  European registration keys are distributed
  46. directly by Rudi, and do not require any communication with me at all
  47. since I charge his bankcard monthly for the total fees he collects.

  53. 803/556-7485 - there is an online registration by bankcard there, and I will
  54. either post the registration within 48 hours or send it by netmail back to
  55. your "home" BBS, or as a last resort, you can register by "snail mail" the
  56. regular way, although this will certainly take more time!
