  3.     This version of TICK has been long overdue.  There are many changes
  4. that should be helpful.  One major change that din NOT make this cut is the
  5. implementation of point support.  That is my first priority for the next 
  6. version, which I hope won't take as long as this one did.  For now, TICK still
  7. will not handle points
  8.  
  9.     A couple of days ago, someone noticed that the RAD file created in
  10. HATCH will not be created when a pre-released file is released.  For normal
  11. files it works just fine.  I'll try to address this in the next version as
  12. well, but this close to release I didn't want to delay it further.
