  7.           The FMail package

  10.           The FMail  echomail utility  package comes as  a compressed  file
  11.           which should contain the following files:

  13.                FMAIL.EXE      The main program.  It is  used for  importing
  14.                               and  exporting messages,  packing of  netmail
  15.                               messages and the AreaMgr function.
  16.  
  17.                FSETUP.EXE     Used  to create  and  update the  system data
  18.                               files  and to export  them to text  files and
  19.                               configuration files used by other programs.
  20.  
  21.                FTOOLS.EXE     Message base maintenance utility.

  23.                FMAIL.DOC      Documentation file.

  25.                AREAMGR.HLP    An  example  help  file   that  can  be  sent
  26.                               automatically  to  downlinks  by  FMail  upon
  27.                               their request.

  31.                GE2FM.LZH      Program by Jan Hoolwerf that converts a GEcho
  32.                               setup   into   an  FMail   setup.   For  more

  36.                               the echo  info  bit in  FOLDER.FD.  For  more

  43.           Future features in FMail
  44.           ========================

  46.           Some of the features that will be available in future releases of
  47.           FMail:

  49.           *    FTools  and the sort/link  function of  FMail won't  need as
  50.                much memory as they do now.

  52.           *    More extensive echomail statistics.
  53.  
  54.           *    Tossing, scanning, importing netmail and packing netmail can
  55.                be done without having to start FMail more than once.
  56.  
  57.           *    Retossed bad messages  will also be sent  to your downlinks.
  58.                Now they are only moved to the correct board in your message
  59.                base.

  61.           *    A Notify  command will be  added to FTools, allowing  you to
  62.                send  a list  of  available  echomail  conferences  to  your
  63.                downlinks.

  65.           *    An Uplink Manager  will be added, allowing your downlinks to
  66.                request echomail conferences from your uplink.

  68.           *    The  %RESCAN command  will  be  added  to  FMail's  built-in

  104.           An international  FMail support  conference is  available. It  is
  105.           called FMAIL_HELP. There  also exists a support conference in the
  106.           dutch   language,  called  FMAIL.028.  More  information  can  be
