  32.      Hi everyone.  How's life ?
  33.  
  34.      Oh no !  Not another useless  utility  ?   No not this time !  Is that why
  35. every SysOps in the known universe are on their knees  praying to the BBS God ?
  36. Well, the reason is very simple in fact.  This state of the art :-) utility for
  37. QuickBBS 2.75 WORKS, for a  change.   With it, you will be able to change flags
  38. settings for all of your users, in one simple operation.
  39.  
  40.      This treasure of a program is, as always, completely  free.   It  does not
  41. requier  any  kind  of  registration.  You cannot however modify in any way the
  42. original archive or files.  If you do, a spell will be cast upon you, that will
  43. alter the behavior of the McFee's virus scanner.   As  a  result,  it  will  no
  44. longer  search  for  681  viruses, but instead will toss every one of them into
  45. your system...  Say, you wouln't what that, wouln't you ?  (It's a joke !)

  47.      I do not offer any kind of warranty.   If you ever decide to use UserFlag,
  48. well, you do it on your own.  If it breaks anything,  you  can  keep the broken
  49. parts.  If  that  makes you feel any better, I've been using it for the past 15
  50. minutes without any damage to my USERS.BBS.  :-)
