  5.     ULTRABBS REGISTRATION PRICING INFORMATION

  7.     UltraBBS  is distributed under the Shareware  concept.  This means that
  8.     it  may be distributed in an unregistered form freely.  However, if you
  9.     try the software for a reasonable amount of time (60 days) and continue
  10.     to  use  it,  you  are  expected  to  register  your  copy.    With the
  11.     registration  of UltraBBS, you will receive  a special serial number in
  12.     the  mail which  can be  applied to an  unregistered copy.   The serial
  13.     number  will remove  the unregistered message  and place  your name (or
  14.     corporation  name and number of nodes registered for--see below) in the
  15.     log  on screen.  Registration also  entitles you to priority support on
  16.     the  UltraBBS test  sites (see  CONTACT.TXT) and  specific attention to
  17.     your requests and future needs.

  19.     UltraBBS  registration for private  individuals is a  $75 per-BBS, one-
  20.     time fee.
  21.  
  22.     For  corporation and government use, the required registration is a $90
  23.     initial  licensing fee for  the first node  in the system,  and $50 for
  24.     each  node thereafter.  Each node  above node 30 requires no additional
  25.     licensing  fee  (total licensing  fee should  not  exceed $1540).   The
  26.     number  of nodes for which  you are licensed will  appear in the log on
  27.     screen  along with your corporation name.   If you wish to register for
  28.     more  nodes at a later  time, simply send in a  new order form with $50
  29.     for  each new node you wish to register  for.  In this case, be sure to
  30.     make a note of this on the order form so that we may check our previous
  31.     records  and send you a serial number  with the correct number of nodes
  32.     you are registered for.
