  71.         weeks to clear.  Canadian postal money orders and money orders
  72.         drawn on a Canadian or US bank are accepted.  EuroCheques and
  73.         foreign bank drafts are accepted, but an additional 8-10 weeks
  74.         is required to clear.  If you wish to have the money wired
  75.         over directly, please contact the author for account
  76.         information.  If paying by foreign currency, an additional 10%
