  1. SuperBBS Installation Program

  4. INSTALL.EXE, MENU.EXE and TEXT.EXE are part of new installation program for
  5. SuperBBS. It will help you to get your board ready in couple of minutes!
  6. It will help only user's who are installing their first BBS or are converting
  7. from other programs than QuickBBS or Remote Access (or others who are using
  8. same menu system)..
  9.  
  10. If you have already installed QuickBBS you don't have to do anything else than
  11. go to CONFIG.EXE's File Area Editor and convert your FLSEARCH.CTL to
  12. FLSEARCH.BBS and go to CONFIG.EXE's Limits Editor and convert your LIMITS.CTL
  13. to LIMITS.BBS. You should also run USERFIX.EXE in directory that contains your
  14. USERS.BBS.

  16. If you have installed Remote Access you have to do same things that you have to
  17. do with QuickBBS, but first run program called RAtoSBBS.EXE which will convert
  18. your Remote Access's configs to SuperBBS.
  19.  
  20. IMPORTANT! Do not run MENU.EXE or TEXT.EXE unless you know what you're doing.
  21. They will be unpacked when you run them. You may manually unpack them by going
  22. to directory where you want them and then run them.
