  1.         The thing to remember is that when you see the prompt followed         
  2.         by [HOST] it is like you are actually sitting at the host              
  3.         terminal...  To execute commands on your own YAM/ZCOMM hit F1          
  4.         to call your local terminal program...                                 
  5.                                                                                
  6.         To open access to the complete disk enter the command: UNRESTRICT      
  7.         and then use the system password -- otherwise you will remain in       
  8.         the C:\zcomm directory or one of its subdirectories.                   
  9.                                                                                
  10.         To see the files on the host enter: 'dir' and hit return.              
  11.                                                                                
  12.         TO DOWNLOAD a file from the host enter 'sz filename' (wildcards OK)    
  13.             (Remember this is just like typing at the HOST keyboard..)         
  14.                 - For XMODEM enter 'sx filename' at HOST prompt -              
  15.            - For KERMIT enter 'kermit sb filename' at Host prompt -            
  16.                                                                                
  17.         TO UPLOAD a file hit F1 to get into your terminal command mode and     
  18.         then enter 'sz filename'.  Everything else is automatic                
  19.      - XMODEM enter 'rx filename' or 'rc filename' for CRCX at HOST prompt -   
  20.         - KERMIT enter 'kermit rb' at HOST prompt then start your upload -     
  21.                                                                                
  22.         To leave a MESSAGE enter the command 'message' and follow prompts.
