  120.       a certain flag set. As a Remote Access sysop i got fed up
  121.       watching my fellow SysOps having to go through tons of Echo Mail
  122.       that they already replied to on their own systems just to get to
  123.       the Local mail on my BBS. Sys-Rec corrects this problem by
  124.       setting the recieved bit on all EchoMail to users that has
  125.       a certain flag set in the Users.Bbs file.
