  2. place on CompuServe (CI$ - whoops, CIS). If you are not familiar with
  3. CIS, it is a large pay service with telephone ties to almost all major
  4. cities in the world. It is a pay-by-the-minute service with a small
  5. monthly minimum. That is the downside; the upside is that the telephone
  6. toll charges are very low and the amount of information available about
  7. shareware is tremendous. There are virtually dozens of shareware authors
  8. discussing lots of interesting issues every day.
