  13.         and propriator of the West Landing Inn.  'You just have to help
  14.         me Mr. Holmes', he begs.  'The ghost is scaring all my clients
  15.         away and if this continues I will lose the business', he tells
  16.         you.
  17.  
  18.         Scotland Yard as of yet rufuses to investigate a ghost, but
  19.         Gregson tells you that Lestrade is looking into a possibly
  20.         related item.
  21.  
  22.         To help Washburn, you must find out:

  59.         A Mr. Joshua Worms recently recived an old map of West London area
  60.         showing the location of a supposed treasure buried by the Prince
  61.         John while King Richard was off fighting the Crusades.  After he
  62.         verified the authenticity of the map, he had the law firm of
  63.         Davidson & Sons track down todays equivalent location of Castle
  64.         Rogue.  Finding the location to be that of the West Landing in,
  65.         Worms made a deal with the bank to buy the property if it should
  66.         ever come up for sale or go into default.
  67.  
  68.         Worms then devised the idea of the ghost to scare away the clients
  69.         from the inn and force Washburn into either selling or bankruptcy.
