  5. 1.1   - Updated to FOSSIL routines...now faster, Optimized ANSI.  Now 
  6.         requires a FOSSIL driver (X00.SYS).

  8. 1.2   - Two bug fixes with adding polls : duplicate polls sometimes occured,
  9.         and would not always let the user answer his own poll.  Also, a small
  10.         ANSI bug was fixed when user tried to answer poll 22 twice.  Some 
  11.         errors were fixed in the documentation.

  13. 1.3   - Added the ablity for registered users to edit the colors, prompts now
  14.         tell user how to abort, some displays changed around, added a (Q)uit
  15.         option to answering polls so that users can abort an answer all new
  16.     polls sequence.
