  10.      ORION OUTREACH is fully operational, all the bells and whistles
  11.      are active.  You only need to register the game if you want to
  12.      disable the "guilt screen" or make changes to the default options.
  13.      Registered users also receive the ORION OUTREACH editor program.
  14.      A registration form is included.  See the ORIONBBS.DOC file for
  15.      details.

  17.      Documentation for the players is contained in ORION.DOC.  It 
  18.      explains the gory details of how to play the game.  The file 
  19.      ORION.HLP provides a condensed online version.

  21.      Documentation for the Sysop is contained in ORIONBBS.DOC.  This
  22.      document explains how to install, customize, maintain, and
  23.      otherwise abuse your copy of ORION OUTREACH.  It also includes a
  24.      registration form.

  26.      *NOTE* You must run the ORION OUTREACH maintenance program 
  27.             ORIONMNT once *BEFORE* the players get access to the 
  28.             game.  This creates the initial game data files.
