  9.        ECHOMAIL - EchoMail areas contain messages that can be read and
  10.                replied to on many different BBSes. Sometimes these will
  11.                just be various BBSes from around the area. Much of the
  12.                time though, these will be BBSes throughout the country,
  13.                continent, or even around the world. In many respects,
  14.                the messages in EchoMail areas are similar to those in
  15.                the public local mail areas. However, when you write
  16.                messages in an EchoMail area, it will be "Echoed" to all
  17.                BBSes that receive this particular echo.  This usually
