  8.              another. If you're having trouble with some aspect of the
  9.              system, re-read the instructions.  If this does  not
  10.              help, feel  free  to  ask  the sysop for assistance.

  12.              stupid  BBS  doesn't  work  right"  (some of us get quite
  13.              defensive about this!)  Just say that you're having some
  14.              difficulty and most sysops will spend as much time as it
