  33. Program Description:

  35.         RealQuik is a real estate amortization and listing services
  36. database package for the real estate agent and broker.  RealQuik
  37. performs amortization, financial analysis, buyer qualification and market
  38. analysis.  RealQuik also has a complete "multiple listing service" styled
  39. database which allows the broker to seach for property based
  40. on any number of search criteria as well as ranges such as price, dates
  41. or any one of several other user defined fields.  RealQuik comes with an
  42. integral report generator for amortization tables and property listings.
  43. The property database file may be converted to ASCII for export to
  44. other vendors spreadsheet or database packages.  RealQuik also offers
  45. a "typewriter emulator" which makes the computer act as a simple typewriter
  46. as well as many other features too numerous to mention.  A full network
  47. compatible version for up to 50 workstation is available to registered
  48. users.
