  4. The following fields will be added or subtracted for each transaction.
  5.      ***NOTE Position 13 must be either plus or minus.***
  6. Decimal positions are implied. For example 0099 means 00.99

  8. FLAT  = 0000+    | Add to each transaction always
  9. COD   = 0000+    | Add if there is a COD amount
  10. INS   = 0000+    | Add if there is an insurance amount
  11. TOG4  = 0000+    | Add if using a flat rate envelope
  12. TOG5  = 0000+    | Add if Large Package is toggled on
  13. TOG6  = 0000+    | Add if Rr/AOD is toggled on
  14. TOG7  = 0000+    | Add if Sp-D is toggled on
  15. TOG8  = 0000+    | Add if Sp-Hd is toggled on
  16. TOG9  = 0000+    | Add if Cert is toggled on
  17. TOG10 = 0000+    | Add if Reg is toggled on
  18. OPTN1 = 0000+    | Add if AltF1 key is toggled on (if percent use +% or -%)
  19. OPTN2 = 0000+    | Add if AltF2 key is toggled on (if percent use +% or -%)

  22. transaction. You can use one or all of these 10 ranges but you must use
  23. them in order from RANGE1 to RANGE10.
