- Installation Instructions
-
- You need about 900K of free disk space. The program will need
- more disk space as you add data.
-
- Uncompress all files onto floppy disks and run the INSTALL
- program on disk #1. The install routine will do the following:
-
- 1. Make a subdirectory on your hard disk named SBOOK
- 2. Copy all files into it.
-
- You may do all of this manually if you wish.
-
- Family Scrapbook will open up to 25 files. Be sure that your
- CONFIG.SYS file has a high enough FILES statement in it. It
- is reccomended that you set it to 30 or higher. The line would
- look something like this in your CONFIG.SYS file:
-
- FILES=30
-
- Consult your DOS manual if more help is needed with this step.
-
- To start the program run the file: FAMILY.EXE
-
