  4.  CONTACTUM is a small contacts management system. It allows you keep track 
  5.  of names, addresses, phone and fax numbers. It allows multiple addresses, 
  6.  phone and fax numbers and allows for E-Mail addresses as well.
  7.  You can find contacts by lastname, company name or user supplied catagory.
  8.  The phone and fax numbers for all contacts in the data base may be printed
  9.  out, sorted in lastname order to form an up to date phone list.
  10.  Full records for each contact may be printed individually.
  11.  To choose a menu selection:-
  12. * Move the hightlight bar with the cursor keys and press ENTER to
  13.      select
  14. * Enter the number of the menu item you require.

  34.  This menu allows you to choose the way in which contacts are selected.
  35.  To choose a menu selection:-

  89.  To ensure that the catagories you enter remain consistent, this table
  90.  will appear whenever the catagory you enter does NOT match one in the
  91.  catagory database.
  92.  Select a catagory from the table or add a new one or modify an existing
  93.  one.
  94.  ENTER
  95. Select the highlighted catagory and enter it into the
  96. catagory field of the data entry form.
  97.      Add a new catagory
  98.      Delete a catagory
  99.  CTRL-ENTER  Modify a catagory

  131.      If the field name is followed by a + the pressing F2 when on
  132. the field will bring up a table to choose from.
