  1. The VIEW mode allows you to VIEW and
  2. EDIT your data. Use the  UP and DOWN
  3. Arrow (Cursor) keys to cycle through
  4. the data record by record. Press 'F'
  5. to get the first, 'L' for  the last,
  6. 'D' to delete the current record, or
  7. 'C' to  choose a record number.  The
  8. SCROLL BAR  at the right  shows your
  9. current position in the file.  Press
  10. 'E' to EDIT.  Use the cursor keys to
  11. get to the desired field and type in
  12. your data. At fields 4 and 7,  press
  13. the 'F1' key to pop up a COMMON SPE-
  14. LLING FILE window. 'Escape' to EXIT.
