  1. Copy all files to your hard drive.
  2. You can print out the file called BILLING.TXT by
  3. typing the following:
  4.       TYPE BILLING.TXT
  5. then depress the CTRL key and the P key at the same time.
  6. The file will be listed on your printer.
  7. At the completion of the printing depress CTRL and P again
  8. to turn off the print function.
