  5. │ The second disc this month is so packed with software that it contains the  │
  6. │ equivalent of two discs! The programs are stored in a compacted form so you │
  7. │ will need to decompact them before use.                                     │
  8. │                                                                             │
  9. │ The decompaction process is fully automated. All you do is type HARD if you │
  10. │ wish to install on a hard disc (drive C is assumed) or FLOPPY for floppy    │
  11. │ discs.                                                                      │
  12. │                                                                             │
  13. │ The hard disc installation process creates a directory called PCAJULY in    │
  14. │ which all the decompressed programs are placed.                             │
  15. │                                                                             │
  16. │ To prepare the programs for use on floppy discs you will need two blank     │
  17. │ formatted discs. Label the first COPY A and the second COPY B.              │
  18. │                                                                             │
  19. │ During the floppy installation process the programs are copied from drive A │
  20. │ to drive B. If you only have one drive insert the disc you are copying to   │
  21. │ at the prompt 'Disc for B' and this master disc at the prompt 'Disc for A'. │

  23. │ To recap, now type HARD if you have a hard disc, otherwise type FLOPPY.     │
