  15. INSTALLATION AND SETUP
  16.  
  17. 1.  Start Windows.
  18. 2.  Open the Program Manager.
  19. 3.  From the File menu, choose Run.
  20. 4.  In the Command Line type one of the following:
  21.     -  If the software is on a diskette, type A:SETUP
  22.        (assuming your floppy drive is A:).
  23.     -  If the extracted software is on the hard disk,
  24.         type C:\DIRECTORY\SETUP (where DIRECTORY is
  25.         the actual directory that holds the software
  26.         files).
  27. 5.  Choose OK.
  28. 6.  Follow the prompts.

  32. IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING REQUIRED FILES
  33.  
  34. The Windows 3.1 version requires the VBRUN300.DLL file.  Most 
  35. likely, you will already hae these files in your Windows\System 
  36. directory.  If you do not have the files, please download them 
  37. from your favorate shareware repository, online service, BBS or 
  38. from our web site www.informatik.com/files.html.

  43. If there are any missing files, please contact Informatik Inc.
  44. or visit www.informatik.com/files.html where many of the
  45. files are available for downloading.

  49. REGISTRATION
  50.  
  51. This is a shareware product.  You may evaluate it for 30 days.  
  52. If you like the product after the 30-day evaluation period,
  53. and you continue to use it, please register and pay the 
  54. registration fee.

  56. The registration fee for the GifWeb and Hotspots is U.S. $20.00
  57. (single-user).   
  58.  
  59. Immediately after registration, Informatik Inc. will email the
  60. personalized registration code and information on downloading of 
  61. the latest software files.  Master diskettes are not required, but 
  62. are available for a handling charge of $5.00 ($6.00 outside USA).
  63. Registered users are entitled to technical support and to free 
  64. software upgrades for one year.

  66. To register, please choose 'Registration, Copyright' from the
  67. applications' About menu.  Click on the 'Print Registration Form'
  68. button.  Fill in the Registration Form and return it to Informatik Inc.
  69. together with your check or credit card information.

  80. The registration fees are payable in US dollars.  If you wish to pay 
  81. in Canadian Dollars, please convert the fees, plus $3.00 bank charges,

  84. be added for bank charges.  If you cannot obtain convertible currencies,

  91. LIMITED WARRANTY

  93. The physical diskette and documentation of this software product is
  94. warranted to be free of defects of materials and workmanship for a
  95. period of 30 days from the date of receipt.  If you notify us of
  96. such a defect within the warranty period, Informnatik Inc will
  97. replace the defective materials at no cost to you.

  121. located in Chester County, Pennsylvania.  The parties hereby
  122. consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.

  128. Informatik Inc.  All rights are reserved, and the use of the software
  129. is expressly prohibited, except as authorized by the terms of this
  130. agreement.

  132. Informatik Inc. authorizes you to make archival copies of this
  133. software for the sole purpose of back-up and protecting your investment
  134. from loss.  Under no circumstances may you copy this software or
  135. documentation for the purpose of distribution to others.  Under no
  136. circumstances may you remove the copyright notices made part of the
  137. software or documentation.

  139. The supplied software may be used by one person on as many computer
  140. systems as that person uses.  We expect that group programming projects
  141. making use of this software will purchase a copy of the software and
