  5. License is granted by the author to distribute the full SmilerShell
  6. shareware evaluation package, in its entirety as distributed with this

  30. This Windows control center takes NO space on your desktop!  Until you need it, 
  31. SmilerShell is just a tiny button that hops into the titlebar of whichever app
