  11.  In case you missed it, this version of GrabIt Pro requires Windows 95 or
  12.  NT version 3.51 or later!

  16.  We always post our new versions to America Online, Compuserve,
  17.  The Microsoft Network, and The Software Creations BBS.

  24.  Installation Instructions and Help
  25.  ----------------------------------
  26.  The GrabIt Pro program files are in compressed format. You must run the
  27.  GPSETUP program to expand them before the program can be used.  The
  28.  setup program will create a folder in the programs directory of the
  29.  Windows 95 Explorer, or a group under Windows NT.

  31.  Step 1
  32.  Running The GPSETUP Program
  33.  ----------------------------
  34.  After extracting the GrabIt Pro Zip file to either a directory on your hard
  35.  drive or to a floppy drive.  Follow these steps:
  36.  
  37.  1. From the Program Manager File Menu or the Windows 95 start button
  38.     choose Run...
  39.  2. Enter the location of the GPSETUP Program. If the files were on your
  40.     A: drive then you would enter: A:\GPSETUP and press Enter or Click on
  41.     the OK button.
  42.  3. The GrabIt Pro setup dialog will be displayed.
  43.  4. The edit field will contain a suggested directory.
  44.  5. Press OK to accept the default directory or enter new destination
  45.     directory and press Enter or Click on the OK button.
  46.  6. The setup program will create the directory for you and display
  47.     the file installation progress.
  48.  7. When it has finished expanding and copying the files it will create
  49.     a new folder and add the program files to the folder.

  57.  The Users Manual

  59.  The GPMANUAL.WRI file is the user's manual. It has been carefully written and 
  60.  typeset in Windows Write format using Times New Roman 10 Point Font and 
  61.  to provide you with complete hard copy users manual if you feel the need
  62.  to print it.  All of the commands are in an easy to follow 1. 2. 3.
  63.  step format.  Please take the time to read the manual before calling for 
  64.  technical support.  All of the important points are available in the help
  65.  file.  Press the help button for quick answers to those burning questions!

  67.  Upgrading From Previous Versions
  68.  -------------------------------
  69.  If you are a registered user of GrabIt Pro version 4.1 or version 4.2
  70.  the upgrade fee is $10.00.  For users of version 2 or 3 it is a $15.00
  71.  upgrade.  Please refer to the UPGRADE.TXT file for complete information

  75.  WOW - Everyone's wish list has been implemented in this version
  76.  plus some of our own.  Look at all of the these new features:

  100.     You can now specify exactly how large or small to print an image on the 
  101.     currently selected paper in your printer.  In addition you can select the 
  102.     beat fit to page option which will do the calculations necessary for the
  103.     best possible quality printout  The third option lets you tell the printer
  104.     to stretch the image to fill the page completely with the image.

  106.  -> Drag and Drop support for Windows 95 and NT 3.51
  107.     Now you can drag bitmap and rle files from the Explorer or Program Manager
  108.     and drop them on GrabIt Pro to open them.  GrabIt Pro makes a wonderful
  109.     graphics clipboard  when you are working with a large number of images.
  110.     Open them in GrabIt Pro and copy them to other sources as needed.
  111.     GREAT when your working on documentation and you need your screen shots
  112.     handy for reference and inclusion in your document.

  114.  -> Right Mouse Button Menu
  115.     Now you can access the most often used functions by just clicking the
  116.     right mouse button on any GrabIt Pro child window.  You have the option
  117.     of Opening a file, Saving a file, Copy or Paste, and Print all at the
  118.     click of the right mouse button.

  120.  -> "Mother May I?" 
  121.     GrabIt Pro will now ask you to be sure that before you end the
  122.     program you have indeed saved to disk all your screen captures.
  123.     This might just save you on one of those hectic days when you forgot
  124.     about the 5 great screens you captured, but never saved.

  126.  Remember To Use The System Menu 
  127.  -------------------------------
  128.  Remember that when GrabIt Pro is minimized ALL of the capture commands
  129.  are available from the system menu.  Just Right click on the GrabIt Pro icon
  130.  at the bottom of your desktop to display the system menu.  This allows you
  131.  to capture images without having the GrabIt Pro window in your way.  When
  132.  you are done with a capture session restore GrabIt Pro to its normal size
  133.  window by double clicking on it.  All of your captures will be ready to view
  134.  with each capture in its own child window.

  136.  Removing GrabIt Pro From Your System
