  7. On a more tragic note, several of the entrants were crushed to death by their overweight riders. Several protesters
  8. submitted petitions to place weight rules for the organized kitten racing event. Fair organizer Bradfin Pinchoat
  9. commented: "Well, if you are going to have kitten racing, you're going to have some incidents. I just don't see the
  10. sense of it. We all have a good time, and besides, the cats really enjoy it."
