  10. I. Purpose
  11.     QuickSample Selects A set of statisticaly random samples from a specified range.
  12. This process is useful when preforming an audit.

  15. II. Installation
  16.     QuickSample is a MFC windows application and therefore requires windows. It also
  17. requires that the notepad.exe text editor be present.
  18.     To install, simply extract zip to a temp directory and run setup.
