  3. This is program designed for company or people sending or receiving
  4. mail and fax. The main functions of the program are: 
  5. - It automatically assigns the protocol number to outgoing letters. 
  6. - After assigning the number it automatically calls the word processor.
  7. - It assigns a number to the incoming mail (letters and faxes). 
  8. - With drag and drop system you can file automatically the incoming faxes 
  9.   (or mail if you have a scanner).
  10. - If you can get the images of the documents with a scanner and store the 
  11.   file in the directory of the program. When you search the document, you 
  12.   can also see it on the computer screen.
  13. - Incoming and outgoing items search using as key any information filed 
  14.   or of a combination of these items ofáinformation. 
  15. - Delivery of incoming mail to the people in the office.

  17. To install the program, unzip the file in a temp directory and run setup.exe.
