  7. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before
  8. using this software. Your use of this software indicates that you have
  9. accepted this licensing agreement and warranty.

  11. Shareware Version - Evaluation and Registration

  13. This is not free software. 
  14.  
  15. You are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
  16. without charge for a period of 21 days. If you use this software beyond
  17. the 21 day evaluation period a registration fee of $20.00 US is required.

  19. Site licenses are available.

  21. All payments are processed by Kagi Software.

  23. Payment options available are:

  29. When the payment is received, you will be sent your registration code
  30. for File Navigator For Windows.

  32. Unregistered use of File Navigator For Windows beyond the 30-day
  33. evaluation period is in violation of Canadian and international
  34. copyright laws.

  36. Registered Version

  38. One registered copy of File Navigator For Windows may either be used
  39. by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more
  40. computers, or installed on a single computer that is used nonsimultaneously
  41. by multiple people, but not both.

  43. You may access the registered version of File Navigator For Windows
  44. through a network, provided that you have purchased individual licenses
  45. for the software covering all computers that will access the software
  46. through the network.

  48. Governing Law

  50. This licensing agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province
  51. of Ontario.

  53. Disclaimer of Warranty

  55. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT
  56. WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES
  57. WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

  60. File Navigator For Windows may be installed, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR

  69. Version, you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware
  70. version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact
