This legal document is an agreement between yourself and ScanWare International.
ScanWare provides this Software and licenses its use: you assume responsibility for the selection of the software to achieve your intended results, and for the installation, use, and results obtained from the software.
License
YOU MAY
Use the Software only on a single computer
Copy the Software into any machine-readable or printed form for backup purposes in support of your use of the Software on the single computer, provided that you can only run the Software on one computer at one time.
YOU MAY NOT
USE, COPY, MODIFY, DISTRIBUTE, REVERSE ENGINEER, DECOMPILE, DISASSEMBLE OR CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS OF, OR TRANSFER THE SOFTWARE, OR ANY COPY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED FOR IN THIS LICENSE.
Term
The license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Software together with all copies in any form. It will also terminate upon conditions set forth elsewhere in the Agreement or if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy the Software with all copies in any form.
General
You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer the license or the Software except as expressly provided in this Agreement. Any attempt otherwise to sublicense, assign, or transfer any of the rights, duties, or obligations hereunder is void.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT , UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US THAT SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT. SCANWARE & FASTTRAK ONLY GRANTS THE RIGHT TO USE THE SOFTWARE BY MEANS OF THIS AGREEMENT. SCANWARE SPECIFICALLY RETAINS OWNERSHIP OF THE SOFTWARE. SCANWARE OWNS ALL COPIES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM IN WHICH OR THE SCANWARE MEDIA ON WHICH THEY EXIST.
