  1.                         TERMS OF DISTRIBUTION :

  3.         Redistribution of Ninja Rabbits must include the software, its
  4.         documentation file, order form and all supplemental files
  5.         as a single unit without any modification AND subject
  6.         to the following conditions :

  8.         1. Any individual is welcome to make copies for his/her friends
  9.            and/or colleagues if NO FEE is charged.
  10.         2. Electronic bulletin boards, whether they charge or do not
  11.            charge their users subscription fee, are welcome to post the
  12.            program for down loading as long as they do not charge any fee
  13.            in particular for the distribution of NINJA RABBITS INTL.
  14.         3. Computer information services such as CompuServe (CIS), Genie,
  15.            etc., may post this software for their subscribers.
  16.         4. Non-commercial user groups and computer clubs may distribute
  17.            the program to their members if the fee charged for the
  18.            diskette containing NINJA RABBITS INTL.  does not exceed $10.
  19.         5. Disk vendors approved by the Association of Shareware
  20.            Professionals or disk vendors who explain the concept of
  21.            shareware in their ads that quote a price may distribute the
  22.            shareware version of NINJA RABBITS INTL.
  23.         6. Other commercial enterprises wishing to distribute NINJA
  24.            RABBIT either alone or in combination with other hardware,
  25.            software, books or materials must obtain permission in writing
  26.            from the author.
