Even before this [PARA]was built, the Poly (as it then was) had a pretty good reputation, [PARA]particularly in outdoor sports.[EITAL][PARA][PARA][ITAL][HDNG]SPORTS FACILITIES:[EHDNG][EITAL][PARA]30 acres of playing fields (some floodlit); all-weather pitch; floodlit [PARA]trim trail; sports hall; 4 squash courts; climbing wall; fitness room [PARA]with multigym; sauna/solarium/steam suite; 2 gyms; golf practice[PARA]area; archery range; boule, bowls and croquet lawns; floodlit [PARA]tennis court. All for a รบ10 membership fee. And locally: [PARA]mountains; caves; lakes; the River Taff among others; golf [PARA]course; and in Ponty, a swimming pool.[HDNG]SPORTING CLUBS:[EHDNG][PARA]Hang-gliding.
