It's just that most students would rather have a bowl of Coco Pops.[EITAL][PARA][PARA][ITAL][HDNG]SPORTS FACILITIES:[EHDNG][EITAL][PARA]The University has outdoor facilities at Peffermill Sports Ground (including 24 acres of playing fields and 3 new clay tennis courts) and at the Pollock Sports Centre (10mins from Pollock Halls), where there is a sports hall, a small hall, fitness room, 10 squash courts, table tennis studios, a combat salle, a rifle and archery range. The playing fields at Pollock Halls include a floodlit synthetic grass pitch. There are further outdoor amenities at the Firbush Point Field Centre, 80 miles from Edinburgh, including sailing, canoeing, skiing and hill to walk.
