Student [PARA]members, it would appear, can't even be bothered to be [PARA]alienated, although when they do get stroppy (see 'Atmosphere' [PARA]and 'Eating Out'), the Union officers push things along. [EITAL][PARA][PARA][ITAL][HDNG]SU FACILITIES:[EHDNG][EITAL][PARA]The Union has facilities on all 3 sites, although at Green Lane, [PARA]they don't amount to more than an office. Elsewhere, at [PARA]Kedleston and in the Mickleover Students' Union Block, the Union[PARA]provides: bars; minibuses; shops; NatWest Bank; photocopier; [PARA]games and vending machines; pool tables; juke box; TV lounge; [PARA]conference hall; parking. Moves are afoot at Kedleston, so all this[PARA]could change soon.[HDNG]CLUBS (NON SPORTING):[EHDNG][PARA]Computer Club; Dungeons and Dragons; Hunt Sabs; Laser [PARA]Quest; Militant; Role Playing; Scout and Guide; Snowboarding; [PARA]Third World First.[HDNG]OTHER ORGANISATIONS:[EHDNG][PARA]There's 'Eclipse' magazine ([ITAL]which is excellent[EITAL]) and a charity Rag [PARA]which raised รบ4,000 in 1994.[HDNG]RELIGIOUS:[EHDNG][PARA][STAT][BULL] 1 chaplain (Christian)[ESTAT][PARA]The Religious Resource and Research Centre has prayer [PARA]facilities at both Kedleston and Mickleover and there's a Muslim [PARA]prayer room at Kedleston. In Derby, there's an Anglican [PARA]cathedral and provisions for Christians of every hue and Hindus, [PARA]Muslims, Sikhs and Jews.[PARA][PARA]
