Women have priority on the minibus, although men are allowed to use it too. [ITAL]Despite all this effort, access remains a problem, but improvements are paralytic.[EITAL][PARA][BOLD]Drugs:[ITAL] [EBOLD]The city is getting a bit of a reputation for drug gangs and associated nastiness, and if you're not used to the prevalence of dodgy substances, you might experience something of a culture shock.
